Michael V. Suah, BSc.(cum laude) Dip
Senior Geologist
Michael gained a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) in Geology from the University of Liberia in 2001 and he is also a second year student at the Louis Author Grimes School of Law University of Liberia. He has spent 5 years working as an exploration and resource development geologist. He spent 2 years with Ducor Mineral, Inc., during that time he was involved with management of regional and exploration projects, involving data manipulation and interpretation, stream sediment and drill program design and implementation. Michael is also a contract geologist with BHP Billiton World Exploration in Liberia coordinating BHP iron ore project in the country.
Walter S. McCarthy, B.Eng. (Hons) Dip
Senior Mining Engineer
Walter S. McCarthy holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) in Mining Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. Walter spent two years working as production and mine environment control engineer for an iron ore mining company in Nigeria. He also worked as a production engineer and new site acquisition officer for Ekefa Quarry, owned by Reynolds Construction Company, Nigeria.
Since joining Earthcons in 2005, Walter has been involved with bulk sampling; plan of exploration programmed for gold and diamond reconnaissance in Liberia. Walter is presently managing reconnaissance project in northern Liberia.
G.Aagon Gwaikolo, BSc dip
Senior Mining Engineer
G. Aagon Gwaikolo gained a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) in Mining Engineering at the University of Liberia in 1981. He also obtained a diploma in Environment Management from Galilee Collage, Israel. Aagon worked with the Bong Mining Company from 1982 to 1990. He was involved with the management of dump sites, management of drilling and blasting operations, inventory of all explosive and blasting accessories, became the Master Foreman for the drilling and blasting division at the Bong Mining Company. Aagon worked as a Mine Planning Engineer for LIMCO,Yekepa, Nimba County, Liberia in 1992. He joined Earthcons in 2005 and is involved with environmental work.
Lloyd Joseph Bunyan, M.Sc
Senior Mining Engineer
Lord gained Master of Science Degree (M.Sc.) in Mining Engineering, specialized in mine machines and installations from Petrosen Institute of Mines, Petrrosen; Romania in 1981.Prior to joining Earthcons, Lloyd has worked as a mining engineer for 25 years with the Ministry of Lands, Mines and Energy, Liberia, and worked with many private mining companies. He has experience in mine planning and development both iron ore and alluvia, examination of sample (soil, rocks, etc).
Peter S. Paye, AA dip
Surveying and civic works consultants
Peter obtained a diploma in Land Surveying and Civic Technology from the Dunwoody Industrial Institution, Wazata Blvd. Minnesota, U.S.A. in 1980 and also gained an Associate Degree in Land Survey and Civic Technology from the Metropolitan Community College, Minnesota in the U.S.A. Paye was Civic Engineer Survey Technician for LIMCO. He was also involved with exploration survey with Freedom Gold Ltd. Since he joined Earthcons Inc., he has been involved with stockpile survey and environmental work.
Prof.Neing-Ehn Kukula, Sr. BSc. M.Sc
Senior Laboratory officer
Prof. Kekula gained BSc in Chemistry, from the College of West Africa, Liberia, in 1974.He also obtained a M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from A&T. State University Greensboro, North Carolina, U.S.A. in 1977. Prof. Kekula has many working experiences and has published many articles from1981 to 2003. He was a lecturer at the University of Liberia, teaching Chemistry and preparing laboratory manuals. Prof. Kekula joined Earthcons Inc. in 2005 and he is now involved with sample analysis and environmental work.
Lucinda P. Dixon Dip
Secretary
Lucinda obtained a diplomat in Microsoft Office Proficiency from NIIT Computer Institute, Accra, Ghana, in 2003.Lucinda joined Earthcons in 2005. She is responsible for data management.
